My life changing moment happened standing in front of an elevator on the 2nd floor of the hospital. I was on my way home from a grueling 12 hour shift in the Intensive Care Unit where I worked as an RN. I remember standing in front of the elevator doors thinking to myself. “Is this it? Is this what I’m meant to do until I’m 65? I have 2 hands, 2 feet, I’m bright, I have a big heart, and a strong will. I could do ANYTHING! Is this my destiny?”

I guess I was actually asking God this question because it seems like from that moment my entire world as I knew it began changing. Nothing in my life seemed like a fit anymore. I was confused about my job, my marriage, my life and yet I was filled with a hopeful sense of this massive potential inside of me.

By a twist of fate, not long after this pivotal time, I was invited to attend a program through the Catherine of Siena Institute that put me on the path of creating the Sacred Gifts program. For several years I studied, researched and trained in every way I could on the topic of supernatural spiritual gifts and I discovered a gift of teaching within me that was ready to be awakened. I became inspired and driven to teach others about how to discover their Sacred Gifts. This was not the plan I had for my life. This was put on my heart to do and after fighting it for a period of time; I realized that it was not going to go away.

I am deeply grateful to the Siena Institute for the significant part they played in awakening this calling in me and deeply grateful to you for being willing to share the gifts you've been given with a planet so badly in need of them.
